The union has fought hundreds of legal battles on behalf of its members, securing landmark victories that have fundamentally shaped Kenya's healthcare landscape. From constitutional petitions to employment disputes, KMPDU has consistently stood its ground in courtrooms across the country — and won cases that set precedents for the rights and welfare of every doctor in the public service.
